While many were settling into their careers, B. Sarkar chose a path of purpose — dedicating his life to serving the underprivileged and voiceless in society.A multi-disciplinary professional, B. Sarkar holds master’s degrees in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, and Social Welfare Administration, and is also a qualified LLB advocate. He brings a unique blend of academic insight and legal expertise to his work in the social sector. As a proud trans activist, academic counselor, motivational speaker, and youth leader, he has become a strong voice for change — especially for children, youth, and the LGBTQ+ community.Guided by empathy and driven by justice, B. Sarkar continues to thrive on the smiles of those he uplifts, empowering lives and inspiring others to work toward a more inclusive, equitable future.

Ms. Vaidehi Subramani is a child rights activist and certified POCSO trainer with extensive experience in child protection and disability rights. She has served two terms as Chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee and was formerly a social worker with the Juvenile Justice Board. As an Academic Counselor for MSW students at IGNOU, she brings both academic and practical expertise to the Advisory Board of Agape Blessed Foundation Trust.
